This policy explains what information the game Fluffpop (Android, package com.voskoapps.fluffpop) handles. Fluffpop is made by Vosko Apps. The short version: the game has no accounts, keeps your progress on your own device, and only shares what is needed for purchases and for the ads you choose to watch.

What stays on your device

Your game progress, your pets and their names, your settings and a local log of game events (used to balance the game) are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the game removes them.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play. To check and restore purchases, the game uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt from Google Play and a random, anonymous app user ID. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. Ads

The game only shows an ad when you choose to watch one, for example for five extra shots. Ads come from Google AdMob. Every ad request from Fluffpop is marked as directed to children and as from a user under the age of consent, and only ads suitable for all ages are allowed. This means Google does not show personalised ads and the game does not use your device's advertising ID. To serve an ad and prevent fraud, Google still receives technical information such as your IP address (from which an approximate location can be derived), device and app information, and whether the ad was shown or clicked. Notifications

If you turn them on, the game can send a local message when one of your pets has found something for you. These messages are scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to a server.

What the game does not do

No account or login, no chat or messages between players, no access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos, and no selling of personal information.

Children

Fluffpop is suitable for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All ads are requested as child-directed, as described above. If you are a parent or guardian and believe information about your child has been collected, please contact us and we will help delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data, and object to its use. Because the game has no accounts, most data is only on your device and you can delete it by uninstalling the game. For data held by RevenueCat or Google, contact us or them directly. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Fluffpop – Privacybeleid

Dit beleid legt uit met welke gegevens het spel Fluffpop (Android, pakket com.voskoapps.fluffpop) omgaat. Fluffpop is gemaakt door Vosko Apps. Kort gezegd: het spel heeft geen account, bewaart je voortgang op je eigen toestel en deelt alleen wat nodig is voor aankopen en voor de advertenties die je zelf kiest.

Wat op je toestel blijft

Je voortgang, je pets en hun namen, je instellingen en een lokaal logboek van wat er in het spel gebeurt (om het spel in balans te houden) staan alleen op je toestel. Ze gaan niet naar ons of naar anderen. Verwijder je het spel, dan zijn ze weg.

Aankopen

Aankopen lopen via Google Play. Om aankopen te controleren en terug te halen gebruikt het spel RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). RevenueCat krijgt het aankoopbewijs van Google Play en een willekeurige, anonieme gebruikers-ID. Wij krijgen geen naam, e-mailadres of betaalgegevens. Advertenties

Het spel toont alleen een advertentie als je daar zelf voor kiest, bijvoorbeeld voor vijf extra schoten. Advertenties komen van Google AdMob. Elke aanvraag van Fluffpop is gemarkeerd als gericht op kinderen en als afkomstig van iemand onder de leeftijd van toestemming, en alleen advertenties voor alle leeftijden zijn toegestaan. Google toont daardoor geen gepersonaliseerde advertenties en het spel gebruikt de advertentie-ID van je toestel niet. Om een advertentie te tonen en fraude te voorkomen, ontvangt Google wel technische gegevens, zoals je IP-adres (waaruit een globale locatie af te leiden is), gegevens over je toestel en de app, en of de advertentie is getoond of aangeklikt. Meldingen

Zet je ze aan, dan kan het spel een bericht sturen als een van je pets iets voor je heeft gevonden. Die berichten worden op je toestel ingepland; er gaat niets naar een server.

Wat het spel niet doet

Geen account of inlog, geen chat of berichten tussen spelers, geen toegang tot je locatie, contacten, camera, microfoon of foto's, en geen verkoop van persoonsgegevens.

Kinderen

Fluffpop is geschikt voor alle leeftijden, ook voor kinderen. We verzamelen niet bewust persoonsgegevens van kinderen. Alle advertenties worden aangevraagd als gericht op kinderen, zoals hierboven beschreven. Ben je ouder of voogd en denk je dat er gegevens van je kind zijn verzameld, neem dan contact op; we helpen ze te verwijderen.

Je rechten

Volgens de AVG kun je vragen om inzage, correctie of verwijdering van persoonsgegevens, en bezwaar maken tegen het gebruik ervan. Omdat het spel geen account heeft, staan de meeste gegevens alleen op je toestel; die verwijder je door het spel te verwijderen. Voor gegevens bij RevenueCat of Google kun je contact opnemen met ons of met hen. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
